The opening of our vineyard in 2025!

Our history

In summer 2022, we planted the first seeds of a dream which took root in the fertile soil of Montérégie: more than 32,000 vines, spread over seven distinct grape varieties - Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Pinot Black, and Gamay. This diversity is the heart of our project, promising a palette of flavors and aromas that will reflect the richness of our terroir.

Preparation for the opening of our store in 2025 is in full swing. We are perfecting every detail to make your visit with us memorable. Guided tours of our vineyard, tastings that will awaken your senses, and interactive workshops where you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wine.
